Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Shop Kingdom Built.
Because every item is custom-made specifically for you after your order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Clear photos showing the issue.
Once the issue has been verified, we will work with our fulfillment partner, Printful, to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Normal wear and tear after use.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins quickly after an order is submitted, orders cannot usually be cancelled or modified once production has started.
